Passage

In the drowsy stillness of a Monday afternoon, as a few of us sat around Her hospital bed, as Her pulse grew fainter and fainter according to the two who were holding Her hands, one on each side, She raised up and She breathed Her last, gasping breath.

And She left us.

And She began whatever new phase of life awaits beyond this mortal moment.

Never have I been there, at such a time, in such a place. Never will I be the same again.

Condolences to you and your family, ECD. My family celebrated my grandfather's tenth year anniversary today and there's still the pain I feel even after ten years.

I'm glad to be back too and I have many as in totally many things to tell you all. Been a while, eh?

Do you enjoy looking at the night sky?

Ela, yes I do, very much. For a while, I was getting pretty good at recognizing the constellations.

One of my childhood memories is of visiting the Griffith observatory in Los Angeles and being absolutely amazed.

Every child should visit an observatory at least once!

me and my husband are thinking of going to Hawaii big island in middle of march, they do have observatory there, but I will not be able to see the space thru the huge one but I'll be able to see thru the small ones they provide. I can't wait.
It seems so I don't even know how to describe it.
I don't remember much about constellations and can name just few.
But I love space! I could just dissolve into it.
Hope you are doing well.
